Group Admins Can Now Ban Members From Commenting on Facebook
Facebook, one of the biggest social platforms in the world has just added fresh new features to bolster up its awesomeness and make more fun and educative to use. This new update seems to concentrate more on groups as the new updates are all about developing the group features on the social platform. As we all know, groups are a very important feature of Facebook. The kind of groups you belong to on Facebook will determine the messages you receive. Interesting groups can be fun and educative if the topics being discussed there are socially engaging, thus springing up user comments which definitely will make the group active and engaging at the same time.
Without further ado, allow me to get you up to speed with the latest Facebook update.
Facebook has added a new feature which allows group Admins to stop or ban members from commenting in a group. This means that admins can prevent members from placing comments in a group without entirely removing them from the group. This will surely come handy in doing away with spammers who are fond of spamming groups with unrelated and unwanted messages.
Facebook also added another feature which automatically tags new members who join the group in an automated welcome message, customized by the Admin.
Another feature added recently on the Facebook platform is a feature called “member profile”. This allows you to see a member’s group-specific profile. You can also view their activity and posts on the group via this feature.
